Todd Harrington founded Brightwire Loans in 2013 after a successful career as a sales engineer at Cisco Systems. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree in Business from Walsh College, Todd has a mind for analytical problem-solving. Todd combined his technical expertise with his entrepreneurial vision to build one of New Jersey's most trusted and highly rated independent mortgage brokerages.
As Brightwire's President, Owner, and one of New Jersey's top 50 mortgage loan officers by sales volume, Todd remains hands-on with every client relationship. He believes buying a home is one of the most significant financial decisions a person can make, and that NJ homebuyers deserve a mortgage advisor who is transparent, responsive, and genuinely invested in their success.
Outside of work, Todd is a proud girl dad who has mastered pancakes, hair braiding, and spending countless weekends cheering on his two daughters at dance competitions and other activities. He also enjoys networking, entrepreneurship, traveling, sailing, hiking, and spending time outdoors. His favorite part of being a business owner is mentoring the Brightwire team and helping them positively transform their personal and professional lives. Todd's wife, April, is also part of the Brightwire team, leading marketing, business development, and training.
